Jeydelyn Martinez

Jeydelyn is an Impact Manager at Four Corners Global Consulting Group, specializing in facilitation, project management, program evaluation, systems thinking and mapping, as well as conflict analysis and resolution. With over a decade of diverse experience in social impact, Jeydelyn has worked in local government, refugee resettlement, social entrepreneurship, research, and education, including four years abroad as an ESL instructor in Spain and China.

Upon returning to the United States, Jeydelyn dedicated her efforts to supporting first-generation and low-income college students through the Educational Opportunity Program at Marquette University. During her time at Marquette, she and a small team secured $25,000 in start-up funding to support BIPOC student entrepreneurs and creatives in launching their businesses through a community-minded initiative, the Milwaukee Entrepreneur Incubator Program (MKE EIP). As the Community Outreach Manager for MKE EIP, Jeydelyn cultivated local partnerships with over 30 BIPOC-owned, Women-owned, and LGBTQIA+-owned small businesses and nonprofits in Milwaukee, while connecting students with essential resources and mentorship.

A passionate advocate for study abroad opportunities for underrepresented students, Jeydelyn has benefited from programs like the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship and the Foreign Language Area Studies Fellowship. As a Gilman Alumni Ambassador, she has advocated for increased resources and accessible pathways to international education at the WeRepresent Conference and within institutions like the Council for Educational Opportunity. During her graduate studies, she was selected an American Evaluation Association GEDI Scholar, focusing on culturally responsive and equitable evaluation, at the non-profit, FoodCorps.

Jeydelyn holds a B.A. in Social Welfare and Justice and Business Spanish from Marquette University and an M.A. in Sustainable Peacebuilding from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is fluent in Spanish and has intermediate proficiency in Portuguese. In her free time, Jeydelyn enjoys traveling, being outdoors, writing poetry, and cooking family recipes for her loved ones.
